NTFS permission to prevent folder creation within a share

If you want to prevent users from Creating folders with a data share but still allow them to edit documents within the area the following is how to setup the permissions.

Add the users AD group with Modify Permissions
Add the users AD group again but this time with special permissions,
Set Create Folder/Append Data Set to Deny
and click to "Apply to folder and Subfolders" only.
