Prevent MSTSC Pop up warning about unknown publisher

When launching a RDP connection to a remote server you likely see the warning

The Publisher of this remote connection cannot be identified. Do you want to connect anyway.

There is a tickbox to prevent the popup from occuring again.
If ticked the remote computers IP address is written into the following registry area

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Services Client\LocalDevices
The Remote computer is set with a HEX value of 44
