XenApp - Unable to save the profile the profile directory does not exist

While trying to save a application profile created with XenApp Streaming profiler i got the following error message.

"Unable to save the profile the profile directory does not exist"

The problem appears to be that you can only save the profile into the root of a share , and not a subfolder.

eg. \\server\share    and not \\server\share\streamedapps
