APP-V Error The operation failed because you do not have sufficient permissions to stream from a file

When Launching APP-V applications on a new client I was getting the following error message
This was with the APP-V 4.6 Client for workstations. Though i think this problem can also occur on the 4.5 client.

The Application Virtualization Client could not launch "Application xxxx"
The operation failed because you do not have sufficient permissions to stream from a file. Report the following error code to your System Administrator

Error Code : 460579-14902204-0000180B


Resolution
Set the following registry key value on the client device
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SoftGrid\4.5\Client\Configuration
AllowIndependentFileStreaming value from 0 to 1
