When you create a XenDesktop Desktop Group you are asked to enter the Name or IP address of the XenServer Pool Master Hosting the Virtual Desktops. You are able to add more than 1 XenServer name in order to allow the DDC to communicate in the event of that XenServer Failing. The additional server names are added by click the options button and adding in the format
Addresses=[http://xenserver1.pool1.citrix.com,http://xenserver2.pool1.citrix.com,...][http://xenserver1.pool2.citrix.com,http://xenserver2.pool2.citrix.com,...]...
You dont need to add all your XenServers into this list as the DDC only wants to connect to the XenServer Pool Master. Any XenServer within the pool can return the IP address of the Pool Master back to the DDC.
So best practice would suggest adding 4-5 servers in this list to ensure high availability.
