Invalid user name or password
Error code: 0000C801
The problem was the default install of the web service role (IIS) did not include "Windows Authentication" adding the service to the role corrected the problem.

APP-V - Invalid user name or password error code 0000C801
On a new install of APP-V 4.5 SP1 on Windows 2008 R2 I was getting the following error message when logging into the Admin console
