Access gateway connection to Web Interface error 401

401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

I was getting this error when my storefront or Web Interface servers did not have a internal or host file entry for the external address to the Access Gateway VIP
